📋 Description

• Developing knowledge of aspects of platform across disciplines of business, applications, data, and infrastructure • Applying Agile methods to software development on backlog • Collaborating with traders and users to design, implement, release, and support features • Producing resilient and long-lived software • Designing and developing software to automate build, test, and deployment activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full stack experience in software design and implementation • Capable of complex requirements analysis capture and validation against business and systems requirements • Java experience for large, distributed, real-time applications • Knowledge of flow rates financial products, including interest rate swaps, STIR futures, and interest rate curves • Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to understand trading dynamics and approaches to pricing fixed income products • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way.
