📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in records and information management • Collaborate with risk and control teams and participate in defining change • Encourage the identification of ideas and driving the delivery of initiatives • Build and leverage relationships with colleagues across the bank and third parties to make sure decisions made are commercially focused

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of supporting complex change to business process and systems in financial services • Experience of effectively managing direct reports • Influencing and leading cross-functional teams within a matrix environment • MSc in Records Management or Records Management & Archive Administration • Specialist knowledge of creating and managing records retention schedules • Thorough grounding in the interpretation of global laws and regulations that build a retention schedule
