📋 Description

• Assist with delivering a robust production management service for relevant infrastructure platforms • Maintain platform operational stability and technology performance • Maintain platform system utilities and tools consistently with service management and risk and controls frameworks and processes • Drive team activities to maintain platform integrity in line with technical roadmaps • Encourage innovation and continual improvement at a deliverable pace • Ensure stakeholder priorities are delivered and support customer outcomes • Plan and execute platform work • Respond on time to feature development requests from cross-platform initiatives • Articulate, champion and plan frequent delivery of business value and enhanced customer experience • Provide clear leadership focused on customer outcomes • Identify opportunities to simplify platform architecture, services and customer solutions • Guard against introducing new complexities

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to drive customer service within an IT environment • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Contract Lifecycle Tool and Oracle is required • Technical knowledge of platforms, technology, products and domains • Understanding of operational principles across Network Services • Excellent communication skills, including communicating complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues at management level • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Solid background working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration • Enhanced supplier and contract management skills, including cradle-to-grave management of contracts, suppliers and escalations • In-depth knowledge/experience of administering financial governance processes
