📋 Description

• Design, produce, test, and implement working software across the system lifecycle • Develop knowledge of the associated platform across business, applications, data, and infrastructure disciplines • Liaise with principal engineers, domain architects, and stakeholders to understand platform operation and business objectives • Apply Agile methods to software development backlog work • Produce resilient, long-lived software and adapt to future needs • Deliver intentional architecture and formulate emergent designs through innovation, experimentation, and prototyping • Design and develop software focused on automating build, test, and deployment activities using executable patterns • Identify and resolve inefficiencies autonomously and drive process optimisation and automation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience in software design and implementation • Ability to use programming languages to solve complex problems • Capability in complex requirements analysis, capture, and validation against business and systems requirements • Experience leading programming best practices involving scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability, and performance • Collaboration skills to work with business teams on pragmatic solutions • Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable, and extensible systems and software architecture best practices • Proficiency across Java, Python, and JavaScript • Ability to design solutions, review clean code, and optimise testability and performance • Ability to identify and resolve inefficiencies autonomously • Demonstrated experience with information security policies, vulnerability management, and financial-sector practices • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence advancements, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and related tooling • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences
