📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operational processes across active PoCs and production customers • Ensure seamless transitions from PoC to production without loss of context • Build and maintain documentation for customer migrations, model changes, GPU type changes, and contract renewals • Define cleanup processes for customer offboarding and scope reductions • Triage incidents with SA and Support and maintain clear escalation paths • Support transitions to new legal entities, updated contracts, and SKU changes • Build and maintain instructions for AE, SE, and Sales Ops working with Token Factory customers • Align post-sales processes with broader Nebius Cloud standards • Define upsale processes, including new PoCs, operational and billing setup, and transition to production • Maintain a single source of truth on customer health, active workloads, and contract status • Track renewals, capacity changes, and operational dependencies • Surface risks early and drive resolution across teams • Improve handoff clarity across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery • Run structured operational reviews • Work with technical teams to understand engineering work and customer impact • Drive automation initiatives involving Salesforce, Jira, Backoffice integrations, customer notifications, contract expiry alerts, and cleanup workflows • Identify manual processes that can be replaced with tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in cloud, AI, or SaaS operations • Comfortable working across sales, legal, finance, and engineering teams • Brings structure without adding bureaucracy • Proactive in surfacing risks and improving execution • Able to hold a conversation with a technical team without getting lost • Must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply • Required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire
