📋 Description

• Deliver user research across a substantial GDS project • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams • Address complex, sensitive and fast-moving problems • Conduct research that shapes outcomes for public services • Contribute to complex, high social impact delivery environments

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience working as a user researcher within GDS projects • Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams • Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities • Desirable: experience working within health contexts • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks required • Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may be required depending on the role
