📋 Description

• Act as a trusted point of contact for the client • Empowered to make informed design decisions • Influence outcomes and shape design decisions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Support the programme through a GDS Design and Build phase • Articulate design insights and have informed conversations with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with Interaction Design within GDS projects • Demonstrable Experience with Figma • Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3 • Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities • Experience working within Home Office, Bluelight, Public Safety or Justice contexts • Ideally experience working in a GDS Assessment - preferably Beta • Experience using Figma Make and/or other AI design tools.
