📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design from early concept and initial client/SME engagement through delivery • Ensure solutions align with client requirements and business capabilities • Bring together SMEs and disciplines to design and implement overarching solutions • Contribute to internal projects developing new digital solutions • Lead teams in defining technically proficient, deliverable propositions that meet market demand • Own and lead solution responses for RFIs, ITTs, and tenders • Collaborate with SMEs, sub-consultants, bid teams, and sales teams on pre-sales solutions • Lead solution workshops with technical architects, engineering leads, support heads, business analysts, and UCD SMEs • Facilitate integrated, robust, and scalable end-to-end solution definition • Present and articulate solution designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Produce solution documents, presentations, solution diagrams, and sign-off packs • Maintain client relationships and align client needs with feasible, innovative technological solutions • Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to improve solution offerings and guide technical strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years or more to be eligible for essential Security Clearance • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Lead, or in another relevant discipline within the IT services industry • Curiosity around systems and system improvement • Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platform services and solutions • Experience developing winning solutions for bids and with bid processes • Strong communication skills and confidence leading solution workshops • Ability to clearly articulate, document, and define proposed solution designs and create solution diagrams • Experience working with or for public sector clients is highly desirable • Proven ability to analyse complex issues and design effective solutions independently or collaboratively • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with ability to work with diverse teams and clients • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Subject to satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks • DBS check may be required depending on the nature of the role
