📋 Description

• Inspect cavities, loft spaces, below-floor voids, ceilings, and boxed-in areas • Conduct fire compartmentation and passive fire protection surveys at nationwide sites • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner • Apply working knowledge of Rockwool, Hilti, and Quelfire products • Use reporting systems including Bolster and One Serve • Maintain accurate records • Support other team members and manage multiple tasks • Prioritize survey work and deliver projects on time and within budget • Help maintain safety in homes and public buildings

🎯 Requirements

• Surveying experience of private and public sector properties • Full UK driving license • High attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • IT literate, including Microsoft Suite and tablets/PDAs • Relevant professional qualification, such as Certificate in Applied Fire Risk Assessment, or significant experience in Fire Safety Management • Evidence of professional and specialist technical skills relating to Fire Safety Management • Detailed knowledge of current regulations and best practice • Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and guidance within the social housing sector • Essential knowledge of Approved Document B and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 • Experience delivering passive fire protection surveys to a high standard, on time and within budget • Level NVQ2 in Passive Fire Protection (essential) • Desirable: FIRAS Card Holder, IOSH Managing Safely, PASMA, Emergency First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
