📋 Description

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Generate new revenue from existing customers as well as newly converted accounts • Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clearly defined next steps and timelines • Maintain accurate CRM updates to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility • Identify and engage organizations currently using products we support but not yet partnering with Net at Work • Qualify new prospects and convert them into active clients • Expand footprint within existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption opportunities • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and buying drivers • Deliver standard product demonstrations or coordinate advanced technical demos with solution engineers • Develop and execute Mutual Success Plans with customers to align their goals with our solutions • Partner effectively with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Account Management, and other teams • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts, account updates, and pipeline insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or related roles • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving both new and existing account growth • Proficiency using CRM and sales engagement platforms • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other B2B SaaS business applications is highly preferred
