📋 Description
• Own day-to-day engineering execution, including delivery and people development • Lead engineering directors and shape team operational practices • Create systems for planning, release coordination, and cross-team execution • Manage quality and operational discipline, including CI/CD and testing • Develop hiring and performance management strategies with CTO
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in scaled engineering leadership (40–100 engineers) • Pragmatic operator able to make progress with incomplete information • Track record of execution: shipped products and improved systems • Infrastructure/platform fluency to engage engineers • Experience developing and holding managers accountable • Hands-on with AI-assisted development and tooling
