📋 Description

• Provide ongoing support to our website clients after project launch via email, phone, or video call, with the goal of making website operation and further development as easy as possible. • Identify support needs in areas such as content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), or marketing, and develop suitable solutions. • Coordinate tasks arising from service conversations, from internal handover to the project team through to tracking implementation. • Share practical tips on SEO, online marketing, and website optimization to help clients make the most of and further develop their websites. • Communicate information about new features, offers, and developments, always aligned with actual client needs. • Carefully document issues and changes to ensure seamless tracking and transparent team collaboration. • Conduct website checks by analyzing content, technology, and structure, and derive concrete recommendations to optimize presentation, usability, and search engine visibility. • Perform regular service reviews to ensure stable, secure, and reliable website operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer support or within a digital project environment, ideally with agency, IT, or web-related background. • Strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to listen actively, explain clearly, and remain friendly under pressure. • Basic technical understanding of CMS, hosting, and domains; you do not need to be a developer, but should be able to understand and contextualize complex topics. • Independent and structured way of working as well as reliability, including in a remote working context. • Team spirit and a commitment to continuously improving processes and results.
