📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize core systems including ERP, CRM, WMS, MES • Develop a deep understanding of core operational workflows • Partner with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Lead architecture and solution design discussions • Architect, configure, and continuously improve core systems • Communicate new capabilities to the business • Design and oversee integrations between systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise applications in an ERP-centric environment • Strong solution architecture and system design experience • Demonstrated ability to understand operational business processes and translate them into system design • Solid understanding of core business workflows: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and Production • Experience designing and implementing integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS platforms) • Strong communicator who can work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams • Hands-on NetSuite experience including base configuration and customization (preferred) • Experience integrating NetSuite with other platforms (preferred) • Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms (preferred) • Background in manufacturing or industrial distribution environments (preferred) • Command of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data architecture best practices (preferred)
