• Set appointments with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns • Prospect via cold calling, text messaging, email, and social media to identify new potential customers • Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners • Schedule consultations for our Solar Consultants in MA and CT • Manage outreach activity and pipeline using CRM tools • Hit weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments set

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Wyoming • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is strongly preferred • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated in a remote environment • High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented • Experience in solar or home improvement industries is a plus.
