📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain highly scalable, resilient, and secure microservices built in Go. • Design and implement metrics, logs, and tracing pipelines based on OpenTelemetry specifications and the product needs. • Own our observability stack end to end, from design and implementation to scaling and optimization. • Define and maintain observability best practices across engineering teams, from instrumentation and SLOs to dashboard design and alerting strategies. • Create high-quality technical documentation and standards and help others to adopt new observability practices. • Help teams and stakeholders navigate data and act on insights. • Mentor and support other team members, share knowledge proactively. • Respectfully taking ownership of architecture, design, development, and deployment initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with senior-level proficiency in Go. • Strong experience with some of the modern observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM Stack, ELK/OpenSearch, ClickHouse, Fluentbit, Vector, OTel Collector • Solid understanding of metrics, logs, traces and how to turn these data to actionable insights. • Hands-on experience running and monitoring workloads in Kubernetes clusters. • Passion for building reliable, scalable systems and solving complex distributed systems problems.
