📋 Description

• As Manager Enterprise Integration & Architecture (m/f/d) you will be the driving force behind the networking and modernization of our clients' system landscapes. • You will advise our clients strategically on designing their "to-be" integration architectures and develop concepts for the use of the SAP Integration Suite and other BTP services. • You will design and implement complex integration scenarios (A2A, B2B, B2G, API-based, event-driven) using the wide-ranging capabilities of the SAP Integration Suite. • You will acquire and lead challenging customer projects from planning to successful go-live and will also get hands-on with implementation and configuration. • You will take on technical leadership and help build our consulting team in the area of Enterprise Integration, mentor talent and ensure their technical and methodological development. • You will actively support presales activities, develop our offerings around the SAP Integration Suite further and help convince our clients of the advantages of modern integration approaches. • You will establish new sales channels in collaboration with strong partners such as SAP, DSAG or industry associations and maintain these relationships. • You will position yourself and nfaculty as thought leaders in the field of SAP Integration by designing and delivering technical presentations, webinars and trainings. • You will keep your knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP and adjacent technologies (e.g. Event Mesh, API Management, Edge Integration Cell) up to date and bring new impulses into the company, e.g. the use of AI in integration. • With us you have a clear opportunity to develop into a Director with holistic, including commercial, responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed university degree — your field of study is less important than proven expertise. • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and/or solution architecture with a strong focus on SAP technologies. • Solid knowledge and practical project experience with the SAP Integration Suite and its core components (e.g. Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh). • Experience with SAP Process Orchestration and migration scenarios is an advantage. • Very good understanding of modern integration patterns, API design, event-driven architectures and cloud-native principles. • Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as a whole is a major plus. • Initial experience in providing technical guidance to teams or leading (sub)projects and the ambition to build and develop a team. • Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills to convince as a competent contact person and architect. • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, a hands-on mentality and the drive to make a real impact in a start-up environment. • Fluent German and English skills (each at least C1 level). • Willingness to travel for customer-specific workshops, team events and internal meetings (your home base is remote).
