🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of management, and proven experience as a manager of managers and technical leads, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery. • Proficiency in System Architecture and Design with knowledge of data stores. • Good understanding of cloud Technologies (AWS) and streaming data tools such as Kafka, microservices architecture, and distributed systems • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and proficiency in project management process and techniques such as Staff planning, executing, and monitoring projects. • Experience in leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution • Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges. • Experience with building Ecommerce Marketplace Solutions or Products would be a bonus.
