📋 Description

• Lead the Nomad Foods delivery of the Financial Controls Project • Own and manage the financial controls project plan across all workstreams, including Technology delivery • Define, document, and manage multiple medium to large technology initiatives from initiation through closure • Lead delivery of technical solutions through third-party vendors while ensuring adherence to Technology Governance processes • Liaise with third-party suppliers and outsourced partners to coordinate delivery and resolve dependency risks • Manage Nomad and third-party deliverables in accordance with Nomad guidelines and principles • Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure delivery readiness • Plan and manage production-change cutover activities with relevant business and support teams • Own and actively manage the project RAID log and contribute to the wider Elevate RAID log where appropriate • Highlight risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to Programme Leadership • Support issue resolution • Produce cost estimates and manage delivery against agreed Capex and Opex budgets where applicable • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to progress delivery outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work in the UK (job location: UK-Remote) • Experience defining, documenting, and managing medium to large technology initiatives from initiation through closure • Experience leading technical solution delivery through third-party vendors • Knowledge of technology governance processes • Experience coordinating third-party suppliers and outsourced partners • Experience managing cross-functional contributors including GPOs, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Solution Design, and Service Delivery • Experience planning and managing production cutover activities • Experience managing project RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies • Experience producing cost estimates and managing Capex and Opex budgets • Experience facilitating workshops and working sessions
