📋 Description

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales across a portfolio of high-value financial institutions—including banks, large credit unions, and auto finance companies. • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. • Tailor account-based sales plans that result in consistent pipeline growth and bookings. • Earn the trust of senior executives by deeply understanding their business challenges and presenting compelling solutions. • Deliver product demos, proposals, and business cases that clearly communicate value and ROI. • Partner closely with marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with Nomis capabilities. • Be a road warrior —travel to customer sites, industry events, and executive meetings to build face-to-face relationships and accelerate deal velocity. • Collaborate and influence by serving as the strategic voice of the customer internally—sharing insights with product, marketing, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into large financial institutions. • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals. • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders. • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment. • A passion for getting on the road—you’re energized by client meetings and field travel. • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to sales.
