📋 Description

• Manage the execution of technical programs and cross-functional teams in their planning, development, implementation. • Leading cross-functional program teams through the formulation and execution of program plans and strategies, including detailed engineering planning, risk assessment, and technical dependency management. • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks stemming from technical challenges including integration points and architecture dependencies. • Communicating program and project statuses to all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive stakeholders. • Supporting the product and engineering teams, managing backlogs, resolving issues, and managing changes in the roadmap. • Creating well-crafted messages to build consensus and enhance collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree or it's equivalent. • Have experience as Technical Project/Program Manager or Transformation Leader working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Have extensive experience in identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones. • Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed. • Have experience with, or have the capacity to quickly learn tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.
