⢠Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience in managing IT services ⢠ITIL certification at least at Foundation level; ideally advanced qualification (e.g., ITIL Managing Professional or ISO/IEC 20000) ⢠Solid understanding of IT infrastructures and services (colocation, managed and cloud services) ⢠Strong service-, quality- and customer-orientation ⢠Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness and communication skills, and a high level of commitment ⢠Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
