📋 Description

• Own meaningful parts of the Inventory experience end to end • Design UX patterns for AI assistants across web and mobile • Ship enhancements across the full Inventory surface • Design to decrease time on task and increase clarity • Work with cross-functional partners from product, engineering and customer success • Contribute to and evolve Bento, our design system • Prototype fast, in Figma, code, or whatever helps you move quickest • Help the product grow up without getting old

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience • Proven track record designing B2B, operational, or workflow-heavy products • Experience in SaaS start-ups or scale-ups during a period of rapid growth • Depth of experience: taking a 0→1 product out the door, then scaling it 1→10 alongside PMs and engineers • Real ownership: driving important product work forward • Goal focus: drive toward measurable outcomes • Strong, customer-informed opinions and ability to reason from first principles • High agency: resourceful and proactive in ambiguous situations • Systems thinking: understanding complex domains deeply • Effective collaboration across functions • Technical fluency: Comfortable with HTML, CSS, React, Tailwind to build dynamic prototypes
