📋 Description

• Ocrolus builds AI-powered data and analytics for fintech lenders, automating document processing and verification • Lead State Government Sales Efforts targeting state Medicaid agencies and related public-sector decision makers • Develop strategic account plans and execute go-to-market plans for state and local agencies • Conduct consultative solution selling; perform in-depth discovery and present tailored Ocrolus solutions • Navigate public procurement: manage RFP responses, contracts, and procurement cycles • Coordinate cross-functional resources (product, sales, solution engineering) for state-specific demos and integrations • Track Medicaid market and policy trends, monitor regulatory changes to refine strategies • Represent Ocrolus at Medicaid conferences, government technology expos, and public-sector events • Provide leadership and coaching; partner with industry consultants and advisors • Serve as a brand and culture ambassador for Ocrolus

🎯 Requirements

• Complete understanding of the Medicaid process (Business Acumen) • Effective communication skills • Relationship management and ability to build and nurture relationships • Ability to manage stress and deadlines effectively • Confidence in decisions and teamwork • Detail-oriented; follow sales process • Creative problem-solving abilities • Laser-sharp focus and optimism • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business preferred (equivalent experience valued) • Proven track record uncovering and opening new public sector customer opportunities • Strong history of sales and revenue growth focused on the public sector • 8+ years selling to federal and state government • Medicaid experience preferred • Experience developing client relationships and delivering well-structured projects • Recognized authority/visibility in the public sector and thought leadership • Collaborative experience with executives and cross-functional teammates
