📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of independent B2B customers (Optometrists, Opticians and ophthalmologists). • Build relationships virtually - check in on account performance, offer new product solutions, and provide support that drives retention and growth. • Design and execute outreach strategies to acquire new accounts via telesales, email, and digital engagement. • Create an inside sales cycle with your accounts based on growth potential and overall value. • Achieve KPIs through our performance dashboards and account playbooks. • Collaborate with marketing and operations to tailor offers and support for your accounts. • Identify operational or product feedback from accounts to help inform cross-functional improvements. • Handle return conversations from accounts and help deal with customer warranties.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in sales, account management, or business development - ideally in D2C-adjacent B2B industries (eyewear, dental, veterinary, private healthcare, pharma, FMCG, CPG) • Experience in attaining quarterly targets and working within budgets. • Proven success selling into small businesses, independent professionals, or practices. • Modern approach to sales helping customers with marketing, education and customer service for their business. • Comfortable working remotely and engaging customers virtually. • Strong communicator - able to connect with people, build trust, and solve problems proactively. • Strategic thinker who’s excited to help build processes, playbooks, and teams. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful - a builder, not just an operator.
