📋 Description

• Manage the firm’s accounts receivable, including invoicing, collection efforts, and dispute resolution. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payment. • Monitor and analyze outstanding invoices and generate reports on collection activities. • Work closely with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues and streamline the payment process. • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of collections and any potential issues. • Ensure ethical and legal compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or revenue management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
