• Lead the KOL and affiliate growth strategy across LATAM, aligned with OKX’s regional goals. • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Business Development Managers. • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate partners. • Oversee localized, data-driven influencer and affiliate campaigns to drive trading volume and brand visibility. • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Brand, and Legal teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize through analytics and KPIs. • Identify new opportunities through market research, competitor tracking, and community insights. • Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term growth initiatives.
• 6+ years of experience in BD, partnerships, or affiliate marketing, ideally in crypto or fintech. • Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional regional projects. • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through KOL and affiliate programs. • Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution. • Deep understanding of LATAM markets and influencer ecosystems. • Fluent in Spanish and English • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
