📋 Description

• Strategic budget allocation across all Google channels • Optimizing low-performing campaigns, such as underperforming PMax or Demand Gen campaigns • Leading agile sprints and coordinating the Google Squad to achieve CAC targets • Developing and preparing the strategic SEA-funnel offensive for upcoming quarters • Managing interfaces with the Brand Squad to maximize the use of high-end video assets (VSLs) for YouTube campaigns • Managing the combination of highly efficient branded traffic and profitable scaling of generic Search and Shopping campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing or SEA, with responsibility for Google Ads budgets • Experience leading teams with short decision-making and feedback cycles, such as weekly performance reporting, as well as continuous data-driven reprioritization • Strong data-driven mindset, with confidence working with real-time data, attribution models, and cohort analytics • Strategic ability to orchestrate complex Search and Shopping funnels • German proficiency at least at C1 level • English proficiency at B2 level or above • Experience with Scrum or Kanban is a plus, but not required
