📋 Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to construction professionals • Build rapport and develop positive relationships with contacts across all levels of the industry • Research construction projects and confirm tender information • Identify and verify the full list of contractors bidding for projects • Update and maintain accurate records within company systems • Manage own workload and follow up on leads until required information is obtained • Deliver exceptional customer service on every call while representing the business professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, telesales, call centre or telephone-based role • Excellent listening and questioning skills • Persistence and determination • Ability to build rapport quickly with people of all ages, backgrounds and seniority • Strong attention to detail and ability to gather accurate information • Good organisational skills and confidence using computer systems • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
