• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new Sales hires and create ongoing training modules on topics like product knowledge and sales methodologies. • Manage the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the sales technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, DOMO, Highspot) and ensure the team is proficient in its use. • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify and target training and development opportunities across the sales team. • Measure and establish key training KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. • Utilize learning management systems and other tools to deliver and track training effectively.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales enablement role or related position • 2+ years of experience in a sales role • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs • Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and teams • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Slides, Docs, Gmail and Calendar) and Salesforce • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Working knowledge of data analytics • Bilingual in English and French is a nice to have
