📋 Description

• Manage and develop a team of 51 enrollment specialists handling government and commercial payer enrollment • Build a management layer of leads/supervisors and clarify escalation paths • Structure and prioritize daily workflows, queues, deadlines, and accountability standards • Own root-cause analysis of denied enrollment applications and drive process improvements • Hold payers accountable for turnaround and follow-up; escalate stalled or at-risk applications • Serve as primary liaison between Enrollment and internal client-facing programs • Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Sales, Payer Contracting, Medical Staff Credentialing, and Compliance/Legal • Help build and manage a Jira ticketing workflow • Track and report team throughput, application volume, and denial/approval trends • Coach and develop the team, set goals, manage performance, and support career growth • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in provider/payer enrollment, credentialing, or payer relations, with direct experience across both government (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial payers • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a large, high-volume operational team, ideally 25+ staff • Experience managing through sub-leads/supervisors • Direct telehealth experience strongly preferred • Experience with multi-state or multi-region private practice enrollment • Understanding of differences between commercial, Medicaid, and Medicaid Advantage enrollment • Experience analyzing denial and process data to identify root causes • Working knowledge of enrollment and credentialing systems such as MDStaff, CAQH, and PECOS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience building process and structure within a fast-moving team • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including performance management and team development • Experience with CAQH, PECOS, and/or similar credentialing and enrollment databases
