📋 Description

• You will be advising our customers on the design, implementation and migration of OpenText products(including cloud implementations) • Conducting detailed requirement analyses, examining business processes to identify suitable solutions • Creating solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans • Supporting with presales, technical escalations and alignments with customers • Advising our customers on best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in ECM systems (or ERP or CRM) • Proficiency in software development, e.g. in ABAP, .NET, web technologies • Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases • Beneficial would be knowledge in OpenText products (e.g. xECM, Archive Center) Project experience within cloud environments and knowledge in containerization
