📋 Description

• Define and govern solution architectures for scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications, cloud services, and platform integrations • Lead complex technical initiatives from architectural design through development, deployment, and operational handover • Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer engagements • Translate sophisticated business requirements into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps • Drive architectural reviews, solution assessments, and technical decision-making across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, infrastructure, and performance issues in mission-critical environments • Lead continuous improvement across development processes, automation frameworks, deployment pipelines, and operational practices • Conduct peer reviews, architectural assessments, and technical governance activities • Provide technical mentorship, coaching, and guidance to software engineers, consultants, and solution specialists • Evaluate emerging technologies, architectural approaches, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems architecture, technical consulting, or a related discipline • Extensive expertise across Enterprise Information Management (EIM) platforms such as OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, Core Cloud Services, InfoArchive, Exstream, or equivalent enterprise technologies • Strong experience designing and delivering cloud-native, highly available, and secure enterprise applications and services • Deep understanding of system architecture, software development best practices, and large-scale distributed environments • Proven experience integrating enterprise platforms with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Oracle, and other strategic business systems • Strong knowledge of application security, performance optimization, scalability patterns, and modern software delivery practices • Experience driving Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) initiatives and improving engineering processes across multiple teams • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
