📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of backend engineers working on core systems including Kafka pipelines, workflow orchestration, and real-time data platforms. • Guide technical design and architecture decisions for systems handling millions of events daily with high availability and low latency. • Partner with product and engineering leadership to define roadmaps, set priorities, and deliver on customer-facing features and internal platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing backend or platform teams. • 7+ years of hands-on backend experience working on large scale, low latency distributed systems, event streaming, databases, and cloud infrastructure. • Strong technical background - ideally familiar with technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres, Redis, and Flink. • Experience managing teams working in Java, or similar backend languages. • Track record of leading complex technical projects and collaborating cross-functionally with product and infra. • Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments with lots of ambiguity and autonomy.
