📋 Description

• Provide overall leadership for Field Managers, Project Managers, Testers, and EH&S • Manage teams through efficient and safe resource allocation, Mod Execution, and delivery of Customer Experience • Engage, coach, and mentor the team of managers • Ensure KPIs are achieved and understand frustrations, problems, and issues coming from the field • Mentor Field Managers on customer escalations and engagement with field-based mechanics and engineers • Represent the business professionally with customers and put customers at the heart of operations • Support P&L management and direct the team to maximize revenue generation • Deliver operational results and quantifiable outcomes • Lead operations for Otis, the elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering operational results • Experience operating with the ability to deliver quantifiable results • Good management experience, especially managing field-based managers • Savvy adopter of technology • Experienced user of MS Office and app/cloud-based tools • Understanding of P&L • Manchester and Warrington would be ideal locations
