📋 Description

• Intensive support and relationship management for existing customers • Visits to prospective customers to expand and optimally maintain the customer base • Setting regional prices and terms within the defined scope of authority • Monitoring the market and competition, including corresponding reporting • Participation in trade fairs, in-house exhibitions, training sessions, and other events • Regular acquisition of new customers • Independently developing the sales territory • Direct reporting to the Sales Manager Construction, Southern Germany • Close collaboration with Marketing and Inside Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of field sales experience in the technical sales of products requiring explanation • Industry experience in construction and knowledge of sealants and adhesives desirable • Excellent knowledge of the regional construction products market • Confident use of relevant sales channels • High willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays • High degree of initiative and strong organizational skills • Professional and convincing presence • Strong sales skills and excellent execution capabilities • Primary residence within the sales territory
