📋 Description

• Own Pigment administration, models, workflows, dashboards, controls and user access • Lead enhancements from ideation through testing, release and user adoption • Reconcile Pigment with the ERP and other data sources • Investigate discrepancies and resolve them at source • Train and support users • Document processes that maintain data flow and issue visibility • Partner with the Finance Systems Director on ERP, integrations and reporting tools • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation and responsible AI use • Translate between technical and finance teams to maintain alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Pigment experience in administration, modelling and reporting • Confidence diagnosing and independently improving Pigment models • Experience as a systems accountant or in a similar finance systems role • Solid accounting and controls knowledge • Experience across FP&A, financial reporting or management reporting • Ability to trace data across systems, reconcile it and explain discrepancies • Ability to juggle competing priorities and see work through to completion • Ability to tailor communication to technical, finance and non-finance colleagues • Track record translating business requirements into tested, adopted system changes • Continuous improvement mindset • Interest in automation and AI
