📋 Description

• Contact, engage and manage Small Business customers through their application process • Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners • Articulate the Funding Options proposition and service • Prospect outbound customers from the CRM • Work closely with the Lead Generation team, including providing feedback and advice • Build knowledge of business finance and understand lenders and products in the market • Explain finance options across multiple business finance product classes • Maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce • Monitor and identify trends and add new or enhanced customer profile information into Salesforce • Keep up to date on industry trends, market and competition • Share stories and successes with the wider organisation through relevant communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, experience of Commercial Finance or experience in a customer-facing sales role • Experience working in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting experience • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, determination and drive • Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service • Strong organisation and analytical abilities; ability to work well under pressure • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively • Ability to engage and quickly establish strong working relationships • Self-starter who works backwards from targets to ensure effective execution
