📋 Description

• Own the monthly close end-to-end across Singapore, UK and US entities • Manage GL, AP, payroll, intercompany accounting, management accounts, balance sheet, P&L and cash flow reporting • Run AP, payroll and expenses through Xero, Tipalti and HiBob • Own bank reconciliations across all entities • Identify manual recurring finance work and design, obtain approval for, and implement AI and automation solutions • Own tax and compliance across Singapore, the UK and the US • Maintain the compliance calendar and manage outsourced advisors • Own the annual audit, including timeline, audit-ready financial statements, fieldwork and downstream stakeholders • Build and maintain process maps, internal controls and technical accounting papers for non-standard transactions • Help maintain accurate, audit-ready finance operations for a fast-growing global SaaS business

🎯 Requirements

• Big 4 trained, with ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent • At least 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience • At least 1 year in a senior or lead finance role • Experience in a B2B SaaS business with multi-entity, multi-currency operations • Hands-on subscription revenue recognition experience under IFRS 15 • Proven track record of building and owning finance processes from scratch • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including revenue recognition, leases, ESOP, intercompany, deferred and accrued revenue • Experience writing technical accounting papers with a proposed treatment • Hands-on use of AI to automate recurring finance work • Experience owning tax and compliance across multiple jurisdictions • Xero experience and advanced Excel skills • Comfortable learning new systems quickly, including Tipalti and ScaleXP • Comfortable operating in a global business environment across time zones • Experience with Tipalti, HiBob or ScaleXP advantageous • Familiarity with SG GST, UK VAT and US state tax obligations advantageous • Experience coordinating outsourced advisors advantageous • Prior experience in a Series A/B scale-up environment or cybersecurity industry advantageous
