📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain project cost controls • Monitor, evaluate, and update project cost data against budgeted amounts • Generate project progress charts and cost reports • Support forecasting of time and cost problems using trending information • Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyze, and identify improvements • Develop and update resource-loaded construction schedules • Verify scope changes and estimate costs using contract terms • Provide cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for concrete construction projects • Track project expenses and assist project teams in managing project budgets • Travel to project sites as part of this project-based position

🎯 Requirements

• At least an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or university in Business or Engineering • At least one year of jobsite construction experience • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Preferred experience with Primavera Scheduling Software • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Must be able to perform required standing, walking, sitting, reaching, talking, and hearing • Must be able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch • Must have close vision • Visa sponsorship is not available
