• Responsible for sales and market development of Oxbo’s Forage & Application machines in Germany • Covering the Northeast and East Germany territory from a home office • Building long-term relationships with customers, dealers and sales partners • Identifying market opportunities and converting them into concrete results • Providing technical and commercial advice to customers • Negotiating quotes and terms • Overseeing delivery and installation • Working closely with colleagues in Roosendaal and with the European sales and service teams
• Completed degree (Bachelor/Master), preferably in a commercial or technical field, or equivalent experience compensating for formal qualifications • Proven sales experience in agricultural machinery, earthmoving/construction or related industries • Experience selling capital-intensive investment goods • Technical understanding: you know our machines and the processes of our customers and demonstrate subject-matter expertise • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Fluent German and good English; Dutch is an advantage • Ideally resident in East Germany within your sales territory
