📋 Description

• Lead and maintain the stability, security, and scalability of Oxfam’s IT systems • Coordinate with Oxfam International InfoSec, affiliates’ infrastructure teams, business units, staff, vendors, and consultants • Liaise with the managed security services provider to monitor, report on, and resolve cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities • Lead security incident response, including investigation, documentation, analysis, and remediation • Maintain compliance with security policies, standards, data privacy, and acceptable-use guidelines • Manage firewalls, VPN access, endpoint protections, and security infrastructure • Perform vulnerability scans, penetration tests, security audits, and remediation • Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for office and cloud infrastructure • Develop and improve IT infrastructure documentation, diagrams, inventories, standards, and procedures • Oversee on-premise and cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, and backups • Administer Microsoft Intune and secure device provisioning, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management • Manage the O365 environment for OUS • Oversee patch management across servers, endpoints, and network devices • Optimize AV equipment and conference-room technology for hybrid and in-person meetings • Troubleshoot system performance and lead infrastructure upgrades and improvements • Lead the helpdesk team, ticket management, escalation support, and adherence to IT procedures • Implement and optimize end-user tools, account provisioning, and access controls • Assess and procure IT hardware and software; manage vendors, quotes, negotiations, and IT assets

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience, education and training • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles, including team and vendor management • In-depth knowledge of networking principles, firewalls (e.g., Meraki), endpoint protection, cloud services (O365, Azure), and device management (e.g., Intune) • Proficient in security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management • Familiarity with SIEM tools • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Service-Now) • Working knowledge of AV systems for conference rooms • Excellent interpersonal and written, oral, and presentation communication skills • Critical thinking and analytical capabilities • Ability to operate independently and apply strategic thinking with technical depth • Expert-level knowledge of data, information and security standards, policies and architecture • Contract/vendor negotiation and relationship management skills • Experience in research, evaluation and technology strategy proposals • Experience creating, modifying, and producing policy and procedural documentation • Proven experience with technology systems implementations and liaising between IT and business partners • All employment offers contingent upon satisfactory references and appropriate pre-employment checks • E-Verify employment eligibility requirements
