📋 Description

• Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, and social outreach). • Partner with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity. • Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into tangible sales opportunities. • Present and articulate Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers. • Organize, optimize, and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency. • Serve as the voice of the market, collaborating with the GTM team to translate buyer intelligence into strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated success in a customer-centric role (e.g., sales, hospitality, customer success, recruiting). • Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). • A genuine passion for remote work and curiosity about evolving trends in the global workplace. • A reliable home internet connection. • Fluent English language skills.
