• Provide operational and strategic leadership of the sales team • Build, develop and scale the sales organization • Develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies • Actively manage the entire sales cycle – from appointment setting and sales conversations to contract closing • Responsible for performance, KPI tracking and regular reporting to C-level management • Analyze and optimize CRM processes (e.g., Salesforce) • Work closely with Marketing and Consulting to ensure a seamless customer journey • Conduct trainings, weekly sales meetings and individual talent development within the team
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role • Proven success in building and leading sales teams • Experience closing high-ticket deals • Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Strategic understanding of scalable sales processes • Interest in digital sales structures and continuous improvement • Native German speaker with strong English proficiency
