📋 Description

• Own Pairs' brand strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity • Determine what Pairs says, where it says it, how it looks, and the impression formed by founders and investors • Create and publish weekly founder and company posts on LinkedIn and X • Own and produce weekly and monthly newsletters and a quarterly market report • Repurpose recorded founder and investor interviews into films, series, clips, and new formats • Run story shoots with founders and investors from booking and preparation through the shoot and final edit • Edit video personally • Maintain brand consistency across the website, social channels, and press • Track and improve how founders and investors perceive Pairs • Report to and shape strategy directly with the two co-founders • Make the work from day one and build a team as the brand grows

🎯 Requirements

• Built and run a brand end to end that can be reviewed, including setting the voice, creating content, running channels, and demonstrating results before and after • Still create the work personally, including writing, video editing, and directing shoots • Ability to identify new formats, series, and cuts from existing footage • High-standard writing in a restrained register, with published work longer than a social caption • Experience managing people who make the work, whether a small team or freelancers • Ready to build a team over time • Daily use of AI tools with clear judgment about where they improve work and where they compromise quality • Familiarity with the founder and venture capital world is a strong advantage, but not a requirement
