• Build, manage and grow channel partner sales pipeline • Build, manage and grow direct sales pipeline • Quickly develop and maintain strong product knowledge and able to demonstrate value to prospects • Follow documented sales process and tasks • Apply PairSoft's consultative sales process, reporting requirements and policies • Maintain sales records in Salesforce system and other tools • Consistently meet or exceed quota goals
• Minimum completed high school level education, bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years technology sales / SaaS experience with a strong track record exceeding quota • Accounting / AP or document / workflow management solution sales experience strongly preferred • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and Sage Intacct Channel a plus • Ability to consistently close deals through pipeline management and negotiation skills • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated, high energy and demonstrated team player. Hunter style personality is highly preferred. • Ability to work under minimal supervision yet understand the need for regular communication and coordination with management • Detailed oriented and outstanding organizations skills • Creative problem-solving skills required • Experience with Business Process Automation or ERP a plus
