📋 Description

• Recruit and hire Solutions Consultants in the territory • Train, mentor, review, and engage team members • Support field Solutions Consultant teams with complex evaluations, problem-solving, and challenging customer environments • Lead and coach teams on technical validation efforts and technical wins • Define, create, and monitor individual development plans • Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialist, pre-sales, and post-sales teams • Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends and methodologies • Drive Palo Alto Networks Platformization efforts within accounts • Coordinate resources with the Domain Specialist Manager • Act as an escalation point for issues • Build relationships with key customers and support reference accounts and business growth • Present cybersecurity expertise to customer stakeholders from technicians to CIOs • Position Palo Alto Networks products against competitor offerings • Partner with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D on customer requirements and product features • Travel 50–75% within the region • Develop technical strategies with the District Sales Manager to accelerate growth and identify target verticals, markets, use cases, and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager • Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist • Industry knowledge of security product market trends and awareness of roadmap and technology development efforts • Knowledge of competitor offerings and products • Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customer base • Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation technologies • Experience partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Quota-driven attitude focused on the client's best solution as a trusted advisor • Proficient in English • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
