• Own the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs across Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Post-Sales. • Ensure GTM teams have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools for predictable, scalable growth. • Establish the centralized enablement function and deliver measurable impact across the organization. • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Post-Sales, Product, Marketing, and the broader Partner team to deliver scalable, measurable programs that validate skill, drive confidence, and improve performance.
• 8–12+ years in enablement or program management roles within SaaS. • Proven track record of building or scaling enablement programs. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience with enablement tech stack (LMS, CMS, Gong, Highspot, etc.). • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery. • Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment best practices. • Exposure to technical domains such as web development, DevOps, or CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Next.js). • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and enablement models.
