📋 Description

• Partner with CS leadership to define and operationalize the customer revenue model, including retention, expansion, and gross/net revenue retention targets • Support annual and quarterly planning: coverage models, capacity planning, segmentation, and territory alignment for CSMs, onboarding, and services • Optimize forecasting frameworks for accuracy for retention revenue • Partner with RevOps peers to ensure smooth handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer functions • Lead root-cause analysis of churn and expansion performance to identify drivers and opportunities • Translate data into actionable insights for CS, Services, and Support leaders to improve retention and customer experience • Work closely with Enablement to ensure systems and processes are embedded in day-to-day workflows • Manage and optimize the CS tech stack, ensuring tool adoption and accurate data flow between systems and partnering cross functionally on systems that span the revenue cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations and business narratives • Strong analytical and modeling skills to drive insights from raw data • Excellent project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with hands-on execution • A hands-on ownership mindset
