📋 Description

• Lead project delivery for Large Pharma Partnership clients and their projects globally • Actively lead Parexel and client teams using clinical research expertise and client insight • Provide cross-functional leadership for clinical trials, studies and project teams • Deliver projects on time, within budget, at high quality and in compliance with ICH GCP • Develop and maintain formal project plans covering milestones, budgets and resources • Identify project risks, implement contingency plans, mitigate risks and keep clients informed • Establish project quality standards and ensure first-time quality of deliverables • Own study-level client relationships and communications • Manage project P&L, budgets, revenue recognition, forecasting, resources, pass-through costs, scope changes and invoicing • Manage cross-functional project teams and enable successful study completion • Represent Project Leadership in client meetings and presentations, including bid pursuit and investigator meetings • Review SOPs and lead or contribute to organizational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education; Science or Medical related field preferred • Proven substantial clinical project management experience may substitute for the educational level • Advanced degree desirable • Strong previous CRO experience • Understanding of Phase I, II-III clinical trial project management • Demonstrable project leadership skills • Oncology therapeutic area expertise essential • Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology or Cardiovascular experience desirable • Strong command of written and spoken English essential • Strong financial management and client relationship skills • Involvement with bid defense activities • Familiarity with standard business and eClinical systems used in Clinical Research desirable • Knowledge of ICH and GCP regulations in relevant geographies • Solid clinical knowledge and understanding of clinical research and protocol design • Proactive, solutions-based approach • Critical thinking and problem-solving • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Strong client focus and accountability • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks, prioritize workload and maintain attention to detail • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with teams • Basic understanding of the project life cycle • Ability to work independently with oversight guidance • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project planning software
