📋 Description

• Manage the complete Request for Proposals (RFP) process, including receipt, analysis, SME coordination, and delivery of comprehensive proposals • Develop and prepare strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs • Incorporate SME feedback and ensure adherence to company policies and pricing structures • Lead contract development and negotiation processes across internal departments • Establish and maintain account-specific contract standards, including budget presentation formats, payment terms, and contract language • Identify and resolve potential RFP and contract barriers through mitigation strategies • Manage multiple complex tasks, prioritize workload, and meet strict deadlines • Lead and facilitate client meetings to negotiate costs, terms, and contract details • Maintain accurate documentation and data management for proposals, contracts, supporting files, metrics, and KPI tracking • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Legal, Business Development, and Finance to deliver client-ready proposals and contracts • Build and maintain strong client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4-6 years of previous experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in a CRO or similar regulated environment • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, contract management principles, and pricing structures • Comprehensive knowledge of cash flow and revenue recognition • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Expertise in proposal and contract management, including pricing structures, contractual terms, and data systems such as Salesforce • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Comfort working with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems • Understanding of clinical research operations • Ability to work independently in a matrix environment • Ability to work from home and irregular or extended hours as needed to meet client proposal deadlines • MBA or advanced business degree preferred • Previous proposal development experience within a clinical research or CRO environment preferred • Experience in multinational and multicultural organizations preferred • Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred
